DAY 16 - Half Way Point!

Hey guys. How's things? I'm still going strong with my clean eating, no drinking Feb Detox! I'm sleeping better and feeling great! Full of energy every morning when I wake up!

Here are some tips for a good night's sleep:

  • Avoid alcohol before bed!
  • Avoid big meals before bed.
  • Limit caffeine and nicotine.
  • Avoid bright screen (iPhones, laptops...) 1-2 hours before bedtime.
  • Cut back on sugary foods and refined carbs.
