I'm on Day 25 of my healthy eating plan and am feeling AWESOME!!!
I'm doing some form of exercise almost everyday whether it be circuit classes at my local gym, inferno pilates (more on that in my next blog!), walking or hard core gardening.
I'm eating foods that love me, and we all know what happens when we eat or do things that are good for us..... we flourish! I can just feel my cells being pumped full of clean, nourishing super powers. I barely even think about that glass of rose or red wine now. Instead I crave my ice cold glass of mineral water with half a fresh lime added. That's my wine! Might sound boring, but I'm sure you get where I'm coming from.
After my circuit class yesterday, I made a homemade bone broth full of wholesome goodness.
