Healthy iced coffee with homemade almond milk and no added sugar will hit the spot!
Stevia, honey or maple syrup (optional)
To Make Almond Milk:
1. Soak 1 cup of raw almonds overnight, then drain and rinse.
2. Combine the almonds with 2 cups of water and blend at high speed for 2 minutes.
3. Strain the almonds using a nut bag or cheese cloth, squeezing out the milk.
4. Sweeten to your liking with stevia, honey or maple syrup (optional).
Method:
Pour iced coffee over ice, then lovingly add your homemade almond milk.
Sip and enjoy!
